Hey beautiful, I know I said beautiful, male or female, you are beautiful anyway๐๐ฝ♀️, so deal with it!
I know this topic is somewhat a trick question, like who isn’t scared of failure. Sorry to burst your bubble honey, there are people who aren’t.
1. Failure is inevitable: More than once in your life, you have failed at something or probably will.
2. You learn substantially more from failure than success: Most times you’d never realize you need improvement unless you fail๐คท๐ฝ♀️.
3. Failure increases your strength: This basically depends on your emotional and mental strength as an individual.
4. You take more chances when you are unafraid to fail.
5. Failure let’s you discover new paths: it is a redirection!
6. Failure makes success sweeter: How can you fully enjoy the experience of success if you’ve never known failure?๐คท๐ฝ♀️
7. Failure is a natural consequence of taking action.
8. Failure is only temporary.
9. Failure is a mindset: Whatever actions you take after failure are as a result of your kind of mindset.
10. There is always a lesson in every failure.
Sincerely, having these things at the back of my mind have helped me a great deal.
In as much as failure is inevitable, there are some things people do that make failure a consistency, wonna know them? Alright then, let’s do this ๐๐ฝ♀️.
2. You have negative self talk: Honestly I feel like this is the worst of all, you belittle your self. You let your inner mind have control over your reality. You start having doubt saying things like; I can’t do it, I’ve failed before, etc. ๐ ✋๐ผ stop!
3. You blame others for your circumstances: personal responsibility is so rare these days. People hardly ever want to take responsibility for their actions, always blaming people for your lack of success, you can do better!
4. You are constantly needy of peoples approval: This has some similarities with my first point about perfection, you don’t need others approval to do anything, as long as what you are doing is legal ๐ though, why not then?, you go ahead! Take charge!๐ช๐ผ๐๐ฝ♀️.
So honey, If you saw some parts of this article as a mirror of your self or your mindset, I hope this gives you positive views about failure. I want it to. Thank you for reading this far๐ค
One more thing, if you want to achieve great things, don’t be scared to fail!
Happy holidays and so much love from this side๐๐

I know this topic is somewhat a trick question, like who isn’t scared of failure. Sorry to burst your bubble honey, there are people who aren’t.
I’m going to use myself as a case study, I used to dread failure more than anything, it was so bad, whenever I had an exam or important event coming up, I wouldn’t be myself.
I remember Some years back, few days to the start of my senior secondary school certificate exams, I had prepared so much but I was still scared I almost cried yo๐, I was so uneasy and scared, like what would happen if I fail?, before I knew it, my subconscious already convinced me that I’d fail.
Now, I wouldn’t say I’ve totally gotten over my fear of failure but I’m almost there ๐ช๐ผ.
Here are some things I kept reminding myself of, they helped me get over my phobia for failure...
10 Things you should know about failure
1. Failure is inevitable: More than once in your life, you have failed at something or probably will.
Your intelligence, hardwork or talent etc can’t save you from failure all the time.
Everyone fails, although some refuse to admit it๐คฆ๐ฝ♀️.
2. You learn substantially more from failure than success: Most times you’d never realize you need improvement unless you fail๐คท๐ฝ♀️.
3. Failure increases your strength: This basically depends on your emotional and mental strength as an individual.
When you fail, do you wallow in self pity and give up or use it as a steppingstone?
You should see life as a wall, if the paint on the wall starts to peel off, do you demolish the wall or repaint?

4. You take more chances when you are unafraid to fail.

Reasons failure has become a consistency for most people
1. You chase perfection: Perfection to me is a man made myth, my definition of perfection would be different from other people’s.
Perfection is subjective. Stop chasing other people’s kind of perfection and chase yours.
2. You have negative self talk: Honestly I feel like this is the worst of all, you belittle your self. You let your inner mind have control over your reality. You start having doubt saying things like; I can’t do it, I’ve failed before, etc. ๐ ✋๐ผ stop!

Very well said babe
ReplyDeleteBeautiful message. My thoughts on it is that failure, from what you said, is a part of life and all men have failed at some point but does it suggests that we are all failures?. I don't think so. For instance, if you are without children, does it suggest that you are barren?. I think no one has failed until he has tried.
ReplyDeleteI like the example of the wall. Basically just nailed it๐ฏ
ReplyDeleteNicely laid out.. .Thanks
ReplyDeleteFirst time here.... Keep it up ๐๐พ
